Food sovereignty Seminar Jointly hosted by GF and Svaraj - national level seminar 1st and 2nd Nov 2007  
Interactive Fodder Workshop, fireflies, Kaggalipura GF staff and CEE Bangalore 19th and 20th June 2007 The rationale of the workshop was to highlight the relevance of participatory approaches to agricultural research and extension activities, which could bring in small-scale farmers and their concerns to the center-stage of development agenda, and sustainability concept.
Beeja Mela 2007, SKDRDP, Dharmasthala Representatives from various organizations, officials from both Horticulture and Agriculture Departments, Seed bank leaders from Karnataka and Tamilnadu and farmers 30th and 31st May, 2007 Comprised discussions, insights and interactions between farmers and community seed bank leaders and invitees to highlight the benefits of seed banking and importance of organic farming
Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) Aurangabad GF staff, 7 male farmers, 3 female farmers 27th February – 2nd March, 2007 To study the benefits of Participatory Guarantee System that is a parallel system to organic certification.
Beejamela and Grama Sabha, Kodihalli Community members from different clusters of GF project area 5th of January, 2007 Seed fair and Grama Sabha wasorganised in collaboration with Grama panchayat, Kodihalli, Kanakapura taluk. The programme was conducted with support of panchayat members under The Hunger project programme.
